I love the little cheeseburger with all kinds of extras, BUT when ordering fries, whether dine-in or on-line ordering, you will NEVER get fries that are done, or even has a tad bit of crisp on them. Just a dead fry and leans over. BUT I LOVE THE hamburgers!!!!

The cheese, dog and fries are always my favorite thing to order. And I can always count on them being prepared just as I like. I equally appreciate the way things are packaged. They're always remember to put a little extra ketchup and napkins in the bag. When many restaurants forget things, five guys can be counted on to add a few things.

I paid over $7 for a regular fry and they gave me less than any small order ive received at five guys. Just a poorly run store.

Such awesome burgers, melty cheesy goodness between two thick well seasoned patties. Good amount of everything, fresh ingredients. I recommend for all burger lovers!

Burgers were good but the fries were cut thick, they were cut as wedges and usually they are generous with the fries and we love ordering from here because of the fries but since they were cut different we got less fries than normal and they weren't as good. Any time we go or order from here, it's good but this time, I was dissappointed.
