I've ordered chipotle many times and this time was the first time I was unsatisfied with my food...both burritos had burnt and very salty steak and chicken and the same for the burrito bowls the chicken and steak tastes bad because they were burnt and very salty. Couldn't even eat it

For pretty much 30 dollars my bowl was small. And my Guacamole was brown and the chips was stale. I love chipotle but if its bec i was stand in frin of them with a oh they played with my Burrito Bowl. I recommend yall to just go and grab it.

Paid the extra 7 bucks and Ordered double steak, got less then a normal full scoop. Minimal cheese, no fajitas, no pico. Subpar QA.

I did not get my bowl but received a burrito instead. The entire bag was dripping in the red chimichurri sauce so I had none in the actual container for it, it was just spilled everywhere. I had to pay extra for that sauce that can't even be used

Lovely bowls as always, I just wish the chicken was cut larger. I understand there are rules to how much chicken you can put in the bowl, but if you cut the number of pieces to allow for them to be larger, that would be great.
