The sushi was fresh and flavorful. The Double Mexican roll was not too spicy and was my favorite roll. The salmon collar was excellent too. Everything tasted great.

Every time I've either ordered or been to Matsu Sushi it's been extremely good. It's my favorite spot in SCV for sushi. The California Tempura Roll is my go to every time because of the portion size. Very filling and always delicious. 10/10
