I don't know how the eggs are poached to order every single time. They're a perfect soft and a perfect medium every time.
Good job!
The potatoes have potential... they're a hit and miss with being too oily or over cooked.
Overall... really fresh and consistent.
The avocados are perfect every time too!

I've never had a restaurant serve me essentially raw potatoes but here we are. The hollandaise tasted like powder and margarine. I'm fairly certain no butter was involved. The portion size was tiny and the menu is ridiculously overpriced for breakfast food. I would never eat here again.

Tasty, simple dishes always well prepared and at a good price. The bennies and pancakes are great! Staff are fantastic too. I've never had a single complaint about anything from this place.

My last order was amazing. The staff provided the fruit I requested (all fresh) in the Seasonal Fruit Plate , and the extra Bacon was actually, EXTRA bacon (not a mere two/three extra strips like other spots). Consistency is key and Avalon has been on a good stride, which is why I gave them 5 vs 4 stars. Avalon offers great attention to customer requests and good food topped off with hospitable service.

I never wring reviews as most of the food I get kinda well sucks ... today I just couldn't keep my mouth shut this Eggs Benny was fabulous ! The hollandaise sauce was so good and my eggs were cooked perfectly. The ham was very flavourful and the english muffin was not over toasted .. thanks for such a great brunch.. will for sure order from them again and again!
