I went to pick up our order and the app said it would take 15-20 minutes to be ready. Showed up 25 minutes later. Not ready and the guy making it was on his cell phone checking who knows what, casually mulling around. Salads had next to ZERO chicken, the lettuce wasn't shredded like asked, there was the tiniest amount of cheese, no cilantro was added, it was basically just all big chunks of lettuce with no meat. It wasn't ready until 45 minutes after the order was placed - more than twice as long as the app said it would take. Don't order.

I always get the salad and I can never finish it! It is huge, and tasty as always. My son gets the fire roasted chicken burito, and he always enjoys his also. The chips had a funny taste to them as if they were under a heating lamp too long, so we had to throw half the bag out. Still had plenty, no complaints.

My third and final experience ordering food from here. Never again. A taco with just carnitas? A tortilla and just carnitas? Really? Rotting herbs in the rice twice. They don't check the food or send fresh rice and when you order the tacos they do bare minimum and put meat and a tortilla even though I asked for other things in the taco.

The salad had about 3 pounds of lettuce on top of a limp tortilla.
The Burrito was sickenly sweet

The chips and Chips & Queso was insanely small for $6. I thought it was an extra side of sauce or something until I realized it was the queso. Absolutely not worth the price.
