Spicy Beef Noodle Soup麻辣红烧牛肉面 came with 3 or 4 ribs, meat was falling off the bone. Amazing flavour and amount for the price. Really love this place. Slice Pork Belly with Spicy Garlic Sauce蒜泥白肉 is always good as well.

As a Chinese person I really loved chongqing xiao mian and vouch for its authenticity. I almost didn't order from here because of other reviews but I wanted to leave my own because it's clear that this restaurant has acted on their critiques. For example, some have said there are small portions but my boyfriend (a gym bro!) and I were able to share the Beef in Pickled Mustard Green Noodle Soup老坛酸菜牛肉面 and it was plenty! The amount of meat was very very generous! The cabbage in the noodles was also very flavorful; the broth was bright and full of acidic tomato/beef umami. My only complaint would be that all the pickles were cooked into the broth so there were no crispy ones but this is my personal preference. Others have complained about packaging but I had no issues; the soup was filled to the brim and the takeout container came with plastic wrap around it to prevent spillage. Everything was amazing and came out like the photos. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like sichuan food and would suggest to put the "mild" or "less spicy" if you cannot tolerate spice.

the beef rib is actually tender!! its so much meat! the one bowl I ate for 2 meals. no need to add anything. flavorful.

Food and drink were great taste wise, but the packaging was terrible. The container for the noodle soup was too small so the soup portion is less than it used to be.
More importantly, the iced drink was 1) Topped with a lid that didnt have the straw hole covered so it leaked 2) put on its side with the untapped lid and 3) directly in the hot noodles so it was warm (not really a poblem by itself but annoying when the drink has leaked everywhere)
