Panera's steel cut oatmeal is the BEST! We omit the option of cinnamon sugar option, getting just the pecans and strawberries. At home we add real maplesyrup and milk then microwave to heat the milk & syrup. Fantastic! Always a generous portion.

Panera hit the nail on the head with their oatmea! The texture is great because of their using steel cut oats. The combo of pecans and strawberries and pecans delivers a delicious flavor! Yeah, I love blueberries and cinnamon too but this combo is a fresh change of taste. The portion is generous. Bottom line: I've had other store oatmeal's but will return to Panera's again and again! I wish they'd serve it after 10:30, however. If they did I could order it more often.

The manager on the morning shift was super kind and helpful when I spoke with him. They were baking the breadbowls and I would have to wait a while to get it so he gave me a bunch of alternative options of equal value and he even gave me a cookie for free so that made my day. Great staff! And everything was perfect when it arrived, the Tropical Green Smoothie was fantastic, and the Sandwich and Soup/Mac was the perfect meal combo. The Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea - Naturally Flavored is always a must buy, its one of my all time favorite drinks. Great experience overall.

I never had such a bad sandwich from Panera as the one I had yesterday. I ordered a sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. I got it without the lettuce. Apparently they forgot everything else. There were 2 tiny slices of tomato, a basil leaf and hardly any mozzarella. it was mostly bread. I will not order from Panera again.

Its not the biggest deal in the world but I've been getting Chocolate Chip Muffies from Panera for over like 10 years and have never had ones this hard/dry, I suspect they're a couple of days old at least. Smoothie is good.
