• 6/05/22ordered potato rounds for kids meal received steak fries that were over cooked.
fried okra was sloppy mixed all in with hamburger.. steam from hamburger made okra soggy.
fruit cobbler was 5.95 but looked like a side.... it was in a small container the okra should have been in. pretty unhappy for spending over $50 to not have to cook.

• 26/11/24the Pot Roast had a very tasty gravy, but the carrots, celery & onions were half cooked and crunchy (not nice & soft like usual).. and the beef was tough to cut & to chew - NOT "slow braised" as the description says. i called and asked them how long they cooked it for and i was told ONE HOUR ONLY!! very disappointed.

• 17/11/22sad to say I was disappointed by my cracker barrel experience. I ordered the build your own homestyle breakfast. The gravy tasted like a campfire, very smoky. The scrambled eggs were pretty solid, more like an omelet, not fluffy. The side of hash brown casserole was not bad, but not very generous in portion size. The chicken fried steak was about 30 seconds away from being burnt. and the side of fried apples that I ordered was not included. with all that being said, I did eat my meal, but it's unlikely I will be ordering from here again.

• 26/10/25Ordered this item yesterday and the food was great. I re-ordered the same item today and it was a miss. Cream cheese placed on top of the pancake, fresh strawberries missing. Didn't it say Strawberry-stuffed cheesecake pancakes???? totally missed the mark Cracker Barrel.

• 11/11/24Did not provide more than one container of syrup for the sauces. Extremely small portions for a 2 person order for over $65. Did not include the cranberry sauce and did not include the other blueberry sauce ordered for the other separate entree. If you eat in the portions are somewhat worth the price but ordering from this place to go and especially from this app is a rip off!
