• 7/05/2512. Bambu Refresher jelly tastes like rubber bands and nothing in this drink tastes fresh. wayyy too expensive for the low quality drink. This is my 5th time and I have been underwhelmed every time. I will not order desserts here again.

• 4/05/23I usually get Bambu favorite from Chapman location, so idecide to give this location a try but everything is old, not fresh. Pandan jelly is turning dark instead of bright green. Coconut cream is smelly. Could not finish the whole dessert.

• 26/02/25Drove 20 minutes to get boba drink for my kid. Got home and no boba. Called store and lady said it was forgotten initially then changed answer to store ran out. If you ran out, tell customer. If you forgot, don't lie. Disappointing. Second time order was done incorrectly.

• 24/06/23Quality has gone down. The dessert and drink do not taste or look fresh. The coconut juice smells stale and tastes bad. Will not order from this location again.
