The burgers from here are always good, if a little messy. But gotta say, the French fries are always cold and mushed together. Not hot and crispy like they should be, even after a short drive. Do better on the fries.
Also the shakes are small for the price and I've had better ones. Whipped cream doesn't belong on a shake, imho. I see that as a cheap way of reducing the amount of the product. But of course, never the price. People pay you a lot of money, and are heavily taxed, plus tip, often 10, 15 dollars above price of order. At least serve folks what they pay for.

For the price, Carl's Jr. quality should be better. Burger are smaller every year and their sweet ice tea isnt sweetend, they just gave me sugar packets :/

The DoorDash was taking a while, so Gray, a manager called me to make sure my Waffle Fries were going to be hot and asked what sauce I wanted. I have never had such amazing customer service.
