i've tried giving this location grace and ignoring the extremely inconsistent and small amounts they give on caramel and chocolate for the sundaes sometimes but today was just ridiculous. you pay extra for those things and today i got a cup of caramel that just had a little bit lined inside a cup, not even enough to actually use at all. to better picture this, it looks like if you USED to have caramel in the cup and now it's the trash that's left. the chocolate came as a cold clump today as well, not even melted to be able to pour on a sundae. i'm done ordering from this location.

When whipped cream comes on the side, it turns to melted cream. When a tbsp of chocolate sauce is delivered in a 4oz plastic container, a lot gets stuck to the container. Thank you for 4oz of nuts, it's a 1:1 ice cream to peanut ratio!

We got the Cookie Monster Pint and Ube Brownie Pint with a waffle cone and found both delicious! It came in nice insulated packaging, and by the time it arrived it was barely melted - perfect for scooping right away! Thanks Afters

$3.95 for a skinny glazed donut. The only reason it tastes so good is the effort YOU put into making the best ice-cream sandwich ever made. without that remarkable talent one acquires from vast experience in creating, carving, and sculpting frozen deliciuosness; you get a sloppy sandwich that no amount of hot fudge could rescue.
