I love the 2. Rare Beef Pho every time. It's been my favorite food at Perilla. And it does not disappoint when getting delivery. the broth is always piping hot when you recieve it, there is enough beef for almost every bite, and there are a ton of noodles! The beef is so tender and delicious its cooked in the broth and the noodles are amazing!
Next are the 29. Imperial Rolls & Charbroiled Beef Garlic Noodles . The noodles are delicoiusly garlicky, enough to give me garlic breath LOL! the charbroiled beef is also absolutely to die for. deliciously flavorful and tender and 10/10!! The imperial rolls are also very delicious, a pleasant taste and texture and very flavorful!
Their 65. Thai Iced Tea Is sooooooooo good, not too sweet, nor too bitter. one of my favorite drinks of all time!!
Overall, Perilla is a great restaurant. amazing food, amazing place. 10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆

excellent rice plates and eggrolls. it's one of those sf rare gems where you feel respected when you receive your food. everything was cooked perfectly down to crisp broccoli pieces. perilla will be on our permanent rotation for sure.

The 29. Imperial Rolls & Charbroiled Beef Garlic Noodles was very flavorful, but fortunately, the garlic on the garlic noodles wasn't overpowering; noticeable (clearly garlic noodles), but not overpowering.
This was my first time ordering Imperial Rolls...👍🏽 The lemongrass dipping sauce was the perfect balance between sweet and sour.
Also, I eat a lot but I couldn't finish the whole plate.
I would recommend this restaurant.

You've tried several PHO restaurants and date. I think Perilla is.  One of the best the amount of chicken they give you the preparation of the chicken the broth and the herbs to go into the broth are just great.

I had the 5 spie 31. 5-Spice Chicken Vermicelli and my husband had the 27. Imperial Rolls & 5-Spice Chicken Garlic Noodle. We also ordered the 57. Cabbage Salad with Fried Tofu. Everything was just alright, kind of bland. The fish sauce/sauce for the salad didn't really taste like anything, and the tofu in the salad wasn't freshly fried. the portion of chicken in each dish was a good size though which was appreciated. Maybe we will try it again another day...
