Wedge was solid and the steak temp was spot on Medium Rare. I would have pretty little more seasoning on the steak, and for a 40 daybdrybaged cut, I didn't get much of the flavor I was looking for.
The 60 day at Meat on Ocean is better.

Their packaging is not sealed. The steak came back the way when I ordered it medium as when I ordered it medium rare. They over garnish the sides. I really want to like this place because they offer Japanese steaks worth over $600 that I want to go have for a celebration meal but if they can't get steak right it's not worth it. And not offering sealed bags is a big minus.

I ordered the Shrimp Scampi Grilled Asparagussnd Baked Potato it was the best dinner! So fresh, perfectly cooked! Definitely a new Go-To for me!
