Received a great deal so I decided to try since it's been a very long time since I've had Firehouse. The Italian™ sandwich was delicious! I always add extra toppings like jalapeños and olives and they were all so fresh. I would definitely try another one of their subs soon.

Not the best meatball sub I've ever had, but pretty dang good. I personally prefer all-beef meatballs and these were Italian beef and pork I believe. Better than any other options in my area though.

I'm extremely disappointed in today's delivery. It was over 30min late because apparently no one at the restaurant wanted to handle my order. It was NOT the dasher's fault. Several missing items: cookie, drinks, chips...No names listed on any of the items. I order from here often, but apparently it's only a smooth process if you order 1-2 items.

Not sure who messed up, maybe both. Chili was cup, not bowl that I ordered. Brownie was completely missing. Door Dash driver replied 'already left woodland' and to "tell firehouse they mess up". I called the store and the person said she cannot hear me, there is something wrong with their phones at the moment. I have ordered before and it was all great. Best subs and sides ever so I'll just go eat-in next time!
