Everything was delicious and fresh. The Viking Roll was the standout but the spicy lobster Spicy Lobster Roll was close second.
The rolls are packed into one container which initially made it hard to get them out in one piece.

This is delicious sushi. As a local, I won't go anywhere else. The Naruto Roll (6 pcs) is a lovely fresh roll with cucumber, avocado, tuna, salmon, and fish eggs. The classic makis are also great. We lean towards the eel, tuna and shrimp tempura rolls :)

Based on the price I'm disappointed in the rolls. There was barely any rice on the Salmon Avocado Roll and the Dragon Roll had fake crab meat not real crab, and there was barely any eel in the roll! It was almost all cucumber.

This is my first time ordering from Umi and I will absolutely be ordering from here again. The Naruto Roll (6 pcs) was super refreshing - something I'd order on a warm summer day. I also ordered the Madai SU, and a spicy tuna and salmon avocado roll. Not only was the fish fresh, but they get the rice just right - a little warm with a nice flavor, and practically melts when you eat it. It's clear that they take pride in their food and I hope to get out to see the restaurant in person soon to try the rolls right when they come out of the kitchen! I should have taken pictures but I ate it all so fast!

Shrimp tempura was excellent!! Large shrimp, batter was light & crispy. I love the Egg SU and was glad they had it. The California Roll was really good a better quality of crab. Egg rolls OK. Third time on my trip eating here.
