Steam never disappoints! I always get their prawn and pea shoot dumplings, which are super delicious, and go from there. The pork dumplings are amazing, love the noodles, and they make a great cucumber salad!!

HK Pan Fried Noodle with Beef/Chicken/Seafood are legit! The beef is always tender and the sauce is so flavorful. The Wonton Soup is also delicious! The broth is well developed, no huge chunky veggies, and the won tons themselves are pretty good (though a bit too shrimpy but if that's your thing, win win!).
Steam is the quick stop version of Tai Pan which is the best Chinese food restaurant in the area so you really can't go wrong! It's a bit spendy but you get what you pay for.

Both bags of food was packed in topheavy ways (small or narrow containers on the bottom) and were tipped over on my doorstep. A lot of sauces had dripped out of the paper containers onto other containers, getting grease everywhere -- like I'm going to have to wash my can of Coke with soap to be able to hold it levels of greasy. Some of that is on the delivery I'm sure, but it was clear the restaurant literally stacked the odds against them.
Food was generally tasty but leans too salty. Dim sum was better than the larger dishes, and the Pea Shoot Dumplings with Prawns (3 Pc) were especially great. Lemongrass Peppercorn Chicken Wings had a nice zing to it, though I would have preferred a little more numbing spice. Pork & Shrimp Shui Mai (4 Pc) was solid, but not the best in the area.

I forgot how cheap these guys were last time, and I forgot that I wouldn't order from them again (old age dammit)! lol!
-Mongolian Beef looks as good as it tastes, though it's missing all the onions etc. (still, meat is great and the sauce is decent .
-I did NOT receive my Pea Shoot Dumplings with Prawns (3 Pc), I received something with a lot of bitter spinach or chard (I know my pea shoots people!!).
-The rice was half filled and was just 'ok.'
-The Steamed Custard Buns (3 Pc) are missing most of the custard lol.
I have to take the blame. I should have remember that STEAM's quality has gone far down below their usual level of food.
--They gave me a little packet of mediocre sriracha hot sauce (nasty), instead of their amazing red chili oil.
-They did provide a slim packet of soy sauce, I don't mind because I didn't ask for it. Last time I paid for extra and got squat.
I will make a note on my brain not to order again. Don't waste your money! Their food was far better in person - this is not worth all the $$$.

I always order Shu Mai as a second stop of my DoorDash order, and the past two times I've noticed that the Shu Mai are bigger. Bigger is not always better, but in this case it is! It's so juicy and packed with everything you love in this dumpling. I've gotten accustomed to ordering two because my whole family wants some too haha
