I'm very disappointed in my meal. I ordered two of the small subs since I wanted to try the new Chicken Parm Meatball and I typically love the New York Steamer®. Both subs were inedible. The Chicken Parm Meatball was old, with burned bread and meatballs, and the sauce and cheese were dried up on the meatballs. The New York Steamer® had very little meat and cheese, and there was so much mayo that the sand was soggy. Iv never had this happen at Firehouse and I was shocked and quite frankly angry. We waited almost an hour for our delvery and I still had no meal. Not sure who was working this shift, but they need a lesson in not serving food that they pro would eat themselves.

I paid extra for garlic bread on the Firehouse Meatball® Combo but there's nothing garlic about this white bread. The side pickles were not delivered. Overall probably won't order this off doordash again. The site is limited on what you can add to your subs as well. Better to just go in person.

Subs was not fresh. Meatball sub had no cheese minimal sauce. Just bread and meat. Wife did not like Italian sub that was made. Didn't taste fresh. This is her fav sub place and our order is Hardly ever wrong. Hope they do better. In future when we order

Sandwich had 2 thin slices of ham, no cheese, 2 thick slices of tomatoes, 4 pieces of lettuce and did not include my pickle spear. Not to mention, I ordered 2 bags of Miss Vickies Salt & Vinegar chips....instead I got 2 bags of Miss Vickies Sea Salt chips.
