The two Footlong I ordered were both excellent.  I got a Meatball and a Club and both were fresh/custom made and I was able to save because I ordered two meals! Both were of course big sandwiches.  And I would order again!

Has gotten so small. the bun may be 6", but not enough meat or toppings. Very disappointing. looks nothing like the photo. either present in real life what it advertised or advertoppings what is given in real life.

the sandwich was burnt one whole side was black missing my chips with the order. it was the worst sandwich I have ever gotten from this store. usually they are amazing but today it was a complete disappointment!

literally got half of what I normally get...bowl is usually full to the top(for the price, it should be) this time was only half way...what a rip off!
