Burnt pizza. :/ As a pizza enthusiast, I love Professor Pizz And I’ve recommended them to friends because of their delicious pizza and excellent service. However, my recent experience was unexpectedly disappointing. I ordered a deluxe sausage and pepper pizza via DoorDash, expecting the usual quality, but the pizza I received was severely burnt, with only three small slices of pepper. The crust was so overcooked that it either crumbled (Not in a good) or was rock-hard at the edges, making it inedible.
(unless you like rocks).
In my past visits, Professor Pizza has been great, so this was surprising. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I hope this was just an off day. My hope is that they can maintain the high standards that have made them a favorite among many pizza lovers.

Garlic knots were horrible -- texture was like they were microwaved --- super hard and stale and there's no way those were made fresh or today. $14 for four nasty garlic knots, don't waste your money.
Pizza was great, I made my own with red sauce, sausage, onions, pineapple and ricotta. Fantastic.
Delivery was super quick, too.

I used to love this place. Amazing pizza and reasonable prices. I recieved the past two orders with burned edges. Burned as in coal-colored, bitter-tasting burned. About a third of it was inedible. Only the middle part was. I guess it was too good to be true.
Deteriorating quality and increased prices. I'll pass.
