10/10 every. single. time. I order from here quite often, but I always get so excited I forget to take a photo. Hamachi nigiri, N12- Seared Salmon., and the H5- Tempura Shrimp Hand Roll 手卷 (2x虾), are amazing every time I get them. Whoever came up w the idea for the shrimp handroll deserves a CROWN. Quite literally the best place in corvallis/albany area as a whole. I willing pay an extra 10$ everytime to have my dasher drop it off to me in Corvallis. Worth the cost, and good quality fish!

wanted to try something new with the eel hand H7- Eel Hand Roll 手卷 and it was actually delicious and well prepared. very fresh food. the 2nd P12-Crunchy California Roll (白卷) is always so tasty and the portions are perfect. Crab Rangoon. (4pc) (蟹饺) are always delicious and soft. I would highly recommend this sushi place for all your sushi needs :)

Ordered the miso soup: very flavorful, subtle smoky taste, unique with fried tofu and plenty of nori. Edamame: plentiful! Just slightly overcooked. Calamari: also very plentiful! And just slightly overcooked. Salmon appetizer: yummy! 5 two-bite pieces. Ordered extra wasabi and it came out just perfect for two people who enjoy it mixed with Bragg's on everything we ordered. Wonderful meal for two for less than $30! Look forward to trying other things from there.

Been searching for a good sushi spot for a long time, and this place does not disappoint. I am very picky about the quality of the fish, and would say this place is about as good as it gets around here. If you're a fan of nigiri, the N9- Salmon Nigiri and N18- Yellow Tail Nigiri are their top options. The Salmon Belly nigiri is also fantastic. Tuna nigiri can be hit or miss. Miso Soup (味噌汤) is also quite tasty. Preparation is always nice, and the portion of fish on the nigiri is not bad either. Prices are also decent (not the greatest, but not the worst) Will always recommend this place if you want a step up from Momiji style low quality freezer burnt sushi. I eat here almost twice a week now and will continue to be a returning customer.

The taste was great and it was super hot when arriving! Everything was neatly packed and The portions are a good size! I would definitely order from here again! I got the miso soup and it was to die for only thing is I tent to like my tofu a little softer and would appreciate the option to choose in miso but that's just a personal preference other than that it was the best miso I've had in Oregon! (I'm from San Diego and you could always find a good bowl of miso here not so much) so this place is like a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow!
