Paid extra to upsize fries for 2 combos and paid extra for a side of gravy for them and didn't get ANY fries. Very good fast food but need to be more attentive.

Loaded Pickle Fries were okay, definitely missing the "loaded" and pickles still alright though
the Big Crunch Sandwich was proved to be alot better than expected from this restaurant first time ordering from kfc in a long time so definitely worth it

Fries wasn't fresh at all. Sandwich was good. Also I mentioned to add hotsauces and ketchups on side but there wasn't even one.
