The iced caramel macchiato was delicious! The chorizo sunrise sandwich was sooo small and skimpy compared to the photo and especially for the price. The flavor was great tho. The twice baked hash brown was dry and bland.

Charges premium price for less than quality product. The avocado toast had about a table spoon of total avocado on it?! The brisket sandwhich was also cold. Won't be ordering from here again. First and last time

We were shorted a blueberry muffin and a cinnamon chip muffin and in it's place given 2 chocolate chip cookies. I wasn't called or anything to be given other options, not a fan of cookies plus it's a lower price than the muffins. Also they put the strudels in there own separate bags but upside down and it was hard to grab them without touching it because I wasn't sure what was happening with how full the bag was.

Parts of this bagel were burnt to a crisp, to the degree that it was not edible at all. It was toasted to the point that it was actually black on both halves of the bagel. There is absolutely no way that it should have been served to a customer. Not sure if this is a training issue, a food hygiene issue, a quality control issue, or all of the above but there is no way the employee who prepared this bagel couldn't see and smell that there was a problem.
