• 11/04/26The chicken was wonderful as always the gravy was so watery. It didn't even stick to the chicken or the biscuit as I dumped it in them. It was so watered down. I could not believe it.
I love dunking my chicken in the gravy and nothing stuck to the chicken at all. It was too watery.

• 19/03/26I ordered ahead and when i went they told me i had to wait because it wasnt ready yet. About 10 min later they brought it out. When i finally opened it, there were multiple pieces of ice that had almost compeltelg melted and ruined it. On top of that it wasnt even fresh, it was incredibly dried out as if they had made it hours ago and not while i was waiting for it.

• 18/12/25Ordered a 5pc tender combo and got 3pc of tenders. Considering they charge their tenders like they are made of gold, this made the whole deal a complete rip off

• 28/12/21Of the 4 large sides we ordered, 3 of them were only half-filled. Of the 2 sides of gravy, 1 appeared to have been opened with half of the gravy poured out (indicated by a ring of residual ring of gravy far above the actual gravy level in the container). Of the 16 pieces of chicken, which was to include 4 of each type of piece, we received 8 wings, 1 breast, 4 thighs and 3 drums. We were supposed to receive 8 biscuits, we received zero. The Mac and Cheese was cold, seemed like it was packaged and left out for quite a while. This was just gross and definitely not worth the money spent.
