Hamburger bun was hard/stale, 3 Chicken Strips was rubbery, overcooked and tasteless, sweet potato fries are not fully cooked and I paid extra to have them andrhey were crnchy inside! I didn take more photos since a photo doesnt show texture and taste anyways. Not one part of this meal was acceptable other than the pop which was also a bit flat. Delivery was quick andso these issues are restaurant related.

Really watery gravy. Burger meat tasted like it wasn't freshly made. Generally tasteless. Portion size was good. Won't order again.

Seriously A&W do better!! Over seasoned onion rings with breading falling off and a burger with more lettuce than burger this is absolutely ridiculous!! I'm going to reporting this store due to multiple times of below standard orders! Don't waste your money ordering from here I'm done and won't be ordering again!

The cup had a sticker over the straw hole, but the lid could still be fully removed without breaking anything. The sticker didn’t seal the sides of the cup, so it doesn’t prevent tampering. A better option would be a tamper-evident sticker that goes from one side of the cup, over the lid, and down the other — like many places use. Those usually tear if tampered with. I don’t think there were bad intentions, but it’s something worth fixing. Food was great otherwise, and I’ll definitely order again!Double Teen® Burger Combo
