The Okra stew is just too good. It's perfectly seasoned and not too fishy like other restaurants. It's simply incredible. This is hands down the best place you can get African food, period.

This has been my literal favorite pregnancy craving meal & African Deli always executes!The portions are great for the value. My food came fresh & hot even through the blizzard we had. Totally will be ordering again.

The Egusi soup and yam fufu was absolutely delicious! Beef was tender and a good portion. I got medium spice which was beautiful, flavorful and perfect for me (low tolerance but enjoys spice). I am definitely buying from here again!
I also got an order of Plantain which was fresh, hot and sweet. A bit too sweet for my taste, but great nonetheless.

If I could give it 100 stars ⭐️ I would! I’ve tried a lot of African food before and this one is hands down the best in quality and quantity! The Okra was amazing! Spicy asf, and consistent throughout the dish. They also didn’t overload on the oil, thank goodness! Then I had the Egusi , friggin delicious! Spicy, flavorful and chef kiss 😘. The fufu, omg so good! So soft! Now I know why and how they don’t need to chew to swallow, this fufu was top knotch and just perfect in size and consistency. I will always order from here now! Love it 🥰

The large is sooooo much better than the regular. I have enough for 2 meals. The spice is just right. You can tell it was just cooked because it's hot and fresh. I like the Plantain Fufu with the Potato greens but I tried it with the rice and it's good that way too
