This was recommended by bartender at nearby hotel. She said it's one of her favorite places. Hotel kitchen closed so ordered ceviche. I am not a Mexican food expert but I thought it was brilliant. if I am back in Oakland would make a point of having an eat in dinner there.

I was pleased with the taste of the food but disappointed in the items ordered. None of the items came complete. The flautas came with no black beans. The Flan came with no whipped cream or strawberry garnish, no garnish at all. The flan was bland with a strong cinnamon syrup that didn't help. The Ceviche was dry, hardly any sauce. A lot different than the Dine-in experience. I will dine in only.

The flautas were gross and bland, appear to be just the mass produced long grocery store ones. Didn't even come with salsa. The tacos had no flavor. The agua Fresca was a Jamaica and was quite good, if only it came with a straw. It was my first time here, so very unimpressed.

Green sauce on the Enchiladas Combo as is amazing, and I have to get the Churros Only every time I eat here. Great staff and great food, this place is a must!

Delivered still warm, had an *interesting* choice of beet drizzle that paired a lot better once it soaked into the dough. Churros were a little doughier and dense than I personally like, but I'm sure others would appreciate. Agave has great desserts, will try something else next time probably won't order these again.
