Applebee's is rated kind of low but idk why because it's pretty great! I guess it depends on what you order. I get their burgers and boneless honey pepper chicken and it's always great - burgers cooked to order on a brioche bun, it's a solid burger for a good price with the 2/$2X deal.

This was my first meal ever at an Applebees. I wastired of my isialmstandbys and decidedtontey something different that has a swal. I soenta ltrle morwrhan I wantesto reach the Seal whochstartes at $30. I irdereda single Breadstick. It was a tastylittle fat bomb chockfull of artificial butter flavor - exactly the profile American crave. I ordered the tomato basilsoup as a side. It was deliciousand full of rich toomatonflavir without being too salty. I orderedthe sidw Caesar sald although good, the lettuce was not crisp, the dressing was very oily, the cheese was limp, and the croutons had been pulled from the twenty pound box opened yesterday and allowed to soak up rhe moisture.from the kitchen. I ordered the grilled xhixken breast and garlic mashed potatoes The potatoes tasted like they were made from skin on potatoes, had bits of chive in them had very good texture and good flavor. There were two perfectly scooped small scoops. The chicken breat, machine peessed, was a uniform size. The grilled chicken breast, perfectly injected wirh a flavor solition was moist and flavorful.- rhia never happens with take out grilled chicken that aeeices so dry your cant cut it I ordered the farlic wing sauce as a side for the chicken. Although it has good consistency, there was only a slight taste of garlic. Mt big disappoinme was that I specifically requested flatware and napkins and received none. Although I spent more on my dinner than I would have spent on a a steak dinner ar Silver Diner, overall, the dinner was very good. All food was also packaged well.
Pleasing foodies like me with over forty years of hospitality and resturant experience is not easy. Due to my international upbringing, I left the average Applecee's diner behind early childhood. I would, however,, definately try Applebees for a second time. The have most of the important basicssown : they just need a little more refinement. The average Applebee's guest would definately notice.

my French Onions soups were not soup. it was saturated bread and cheese. both containers were half filled. soup should be served with broth and cheese in soup cup and bread on the side for the customer to add to soup.

I forget how good Applebee's burgers are, the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger was delicious! While it was slightly overcooked for what I requested, I can't complain since it sat while it was being delivered. The toppings were generous, the bun was beautiful and not soggy, the fries were delicious. The Brew Pub Pretzels & Beer Cheese Dip were badly salted and it should be a crime to serve pretzels with honey mustard and not a whole grain mustard, but the cheese dip was really good and the pretzels were cooked well.

RIBLETS VERY HARD TO EAT TO MANY BONES. CHOKE HAZARD.ATE SOME OF THE OTHER ITEMS MANY TIMES BEFORE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS . WON'T BE GETTING THE RIBLETS.ALSO BROWNIE WAS HARD IN TEXTURE.I WILL BE EATING OTHER VARITIES OF THE FOOD THERE.
