I requested no red ranch on my Classic Beef 'n Cheddar sandwiches, and BOTH had red ranch on them. The meat was also dried out and tough in places. The Curly Fries (Large) were not filled to the top of the container (it was 3/4 full). I will go to my Little Elm location from now on, as they do a much better job.

Potato cakes were over cooked and the small amount of ham and cheese was all on one half of the bun. Not the quality I usually get from Arby's.

At this store, a $7 roast beef sandwich comes with one slice of meat. They were out of their Arby's sauce and fry box was turned upside down in delivery bag. Horrible.

The Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich i ordered-3 of them, had way more than extra mayo. No onions and zero lettuce. Absolutely horrible.
