so the bun on my Classic Roast Beef is burnt, the Jus for my Classic French Dip & Swiss is thick and congealed. Also, the fries are cold and soggy, I can tell they've sat under a lamp for a while. I've worked in restaurants my whole life, I didn't understand why they can't get this order correct.
