The brisket bowl was terrible. The Mac n cheese tasted like it came straight from a generic Mac n cheese box. The noodles were under cooked and the portion was not what I paid for. Can't really go bad with the Doub e Roast Beef sandwich it was good and the Peach Cobbler Roll (2 ea.) was ok.

Jamocha Shake had no jamocha flavor. The ham and Swiss and the roast beef sandwiches were dried out. Didn't seem fresh. Barely any ham on the Ham and Swiss

The only reason I deducted 2 stars is due to the fact that the almost $15 Chicken Bacon & Swiss combo was very obvious of the fact the sandwich was just thrown together bc the bun was soggy, and the lettuce & tomatoes were both wilted. Also my curley fries that came with my almost $15 Classic French Dip & Swiss were basically hard from being overcooked and/or old. The double order of Jalapeño Bites® (5 ea.) & single order of Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea.) were all cold (thank heavens for my air fryer). Lastly, I requested 7 extra Arby's Sauce Packets yo be used on the two Classic Roast Beef sandwiches in our order, BUT instead of giving me those extra requested packeds, they put ZERO in the bag.Not even one single Arby's Sauce Packet. A person would tend to think that a meal that cost them a subtotal of $50 would atleast have their meal prepared, packed and delivered correctly. Very disappointing

The flavor horrible the freshness was trash I would not order again the fries are great but only gave a few fries also the ranch chicken wrap is great
