The sandwich was fantastic, the cookie sooo delicious but what is up with the tiny container of potato salad? Are we at Costco because I only got a sample of potato salad. This is not a side of potato salad, it's 2 bites. I could have been upcharged $1.25 for extra potato salad but doubling this amount still wouldn't be worth it.

Aside from having the best sandwich, the Prime Cut Lunchbox, today there was an extra special treat. SERVICE! When I placed my order I was heading from Cathedral City to Palm Springs. It did not occur to me to check what location I was placing the order. So there was no order waiting. The staff jumped right on it! Called the Monterrey store and then had my sandwich lunch box ready in no time at all.

The Newporter Sandwich is second to none! It is by far the best tuna anywhere including the spun lettuce and tomato and the incredible cheddar jalapeno bread. Everything at this Cafe is fresh and made daily and delicious. The portion size is incredible and if you order the lunch box version you receive a little thing of potato salad, (also not your normal boring potato salad) a super delicious pickle and a cookie. This is my favorite, The Newporter Sandwich , but I have tried several other things on the menu and everything is delicious. I haven't been there in person, in awhile, but they had the most delicious muffins cookies brownies and handmade breads that are carb conscious. You will be hooked the moment you go to any of their locations. My favorite is the Rancho Mirage location inside of Clark's health food store. You can do both by putting in your order and then doing your shopping there and coming back to pick it up. Fabulous, do yourself a favor and go try this gem of a Cafe, it is fresher and healthier than 90% of places that people go to.

The Tuna sandwhicwas amaaazing. So crisp, fresh, and yummy. I ordered it two days in a row. The packaging is also perfect; everything came wrapped up in a cute sealed box, with a cookie and potato salad to boot. 10/10 while visiting from Seattle. My 10 year old ordered the Tuscany, it would be better for an adult. I took off the peppers/onions and added a little mayo at home and he was good to go.

As would be expected, the bread on the sandwich was delicious. The potato salad was too sweet for my taste, but it was pretty standard. A large cookie of random variety was included and were very good. I really appreciated that they package the pickle spear in a sealed plastic bag to ensure not messes from the liquid. I would definitely order from Aspen Mills again.
