Been a bagel boy fan from the start (and that won't change with this review). Bagels are excellent, as always, but the Hash Browns are a no-go for now. Very overcooked and while the flavor was fine, the texture was not.

the plain bagel tastes like it was supposed to be the French toast bagel and they forgot to sugar it when making.
