The bagels are ALWAYS good from this store, but the panini was disappointing. It was egg whites, that didn't seem fresh, and ham slapped between two pieces of dry toast. I expected better for the $9 price. Next time I'll stick with a bagel.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese on a roll with salt pepper ketchup and hot sauce. (Breakfast Bagel - 3 Item)
Whoever made this dumped a ridiculous amount of hot sauce on the sandwich. The bun was so soaked it was falling apart. Complete waste of money. Not ordering from here again. Use the Bagelman on Mill Plain Rd instead

This is the second time this week my order was wrong and it's only Monday. Yesterday I had a SEG w/ salt and paper and they put sautéed peppers on it. And today they forgot sugar and cold foam in my coffee. I paid $14 for something I have to toss.

Great quality, consistent, portions are very generous, and the taste is always on point. Have loved Bagel Man since I was a kid.

Forgot to include hashbrown, which I paid extra for, bagel was stale, they dumped an entire bottle of ketchup on my sandwich and the eggs were cold and undercooked. The Friday morning crew put zero effort into this order. Very disappointed.
