The Nachos were really good with just a few ingredients: chips, melted cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. You can add refried or black beans if you choose, but I opted out of them.
Guac tasted homemade; avocados were mashed, not pureed, and still slightly chunky, with just a hint of garlic. Toppings were generous enough that there were no "orphan" chips left over after finishing the toppings. Serving size was perfect for one person.
Churros were very tasty and still warm from the fryer. You get two 6" churros for the price.

This burrito was delicious. Huge, stuffed with all my extra add ins. Flour tortilla was very fresh and tender. Not soggy like other places

Baja burrito quality has gone WAY. down Less meat/higher prices, sloppily made with no consistency or care.Meat at one end and everything else at the other end. They used to be so good. Very disappointing!

6 bucks for a Side Queso and Chips...super small portion. Should be more like $3 but even that seems expensive. If you are expecting at least a cup of cheese, you're better off not ordering because this was a minuscule portion for $6.
