AMAZING quality. for $9.25 tho, I expect a much bigger portion of queso. the chips were plentiful but the queso was shockingly a small amount

Barrio is a surprisingly affordable restaurant that serves delicious, spicy bowls that I've ordered over 18 times--I love the Bowl Cilantro-Lime Rice which I add the sweet chili tofu too (yum!!) which goes perfect with the dirty sauce. There is a lot of food too--I usually can split the bowl into lunch and dinner. The restaurant itself is also great with really friendly and helpful waitstaff. Highly recommend.

My experience with Barrio has been limited thus far, but it has been more than satisfactory. I've ordered build-your-own tacos and chips & salsa for pick-up and have had no problems. Fillings in the tacos have included fish of the day, spice-rubbed chicken, beer-braised beans (not all together), and it's all been delicious so far. Their salsa is not as good as Casa Tequila, but I love that they're open later. As a night owl, that's very valuable to me. For me, it's so far so good with Barrio. I think this will become a regular order.

The special (paddy's day) was so empty--there was like 2 tbsps of corned beef and 2 tsps of kraut (I think it was kraut? It looked dry and crispy like breadcrumbs). Everything else we ordered was delicious, but I seem to always be disappointed with the special and I was most excited about that . Womp womp.
