This is the best brisket, barbecue, and smoked chicken we have ever had. It was flavorful, juicy, great portions, the fries and Mac and cheese were amazing too. They were so fast, I can't think of one flaw, other than I wish I would have ordered more, but that's on me lol.

The Good:
The Brisket was just enough for my appetite, very tender and flavorful. The Texas Toast was browned nicely and not burnt.
The extra brisket sauce was a nice addition, not needed by any means, but I could drink it very savory and delicious.
The OK:
The Potato Salad was a nice consistency but was a little more tangy than I am used to. Even so, it was enjoyable, just not what I am used
to.
The Collard Greens. Well cooked, but did lack flavor. The water they were cooked in could use more seasoning.
The Bad:
The Vinegar sauce tasted like a vinegar and Texas Pete combo very underwhelming. This one needs to go back to the drawing board.
I did not receive the cornbread muffin to give it a try, but that's ok I ordered very late, and they may have been sold out of them.
Verdict: I would definitely order again, the brisket and toast were great. I would try different sides next time though, and steer clear of the vinegar sauce as it is currently.

Amazing, have tried the fried fish, fried chicken, ribs, and pork bbq! No complaints on anything!

I've never not gotten what I ordered before but they completely left out the oyster sandwich I ordered . And the ribs where so dry you couldn't chew it, I should've just ordered the chicken because it was delicious
