My new favorite restaurant! I love when a place does a small menu to perfection. We've ordered twice this week to explore what they have. I was expecting the $24 big Great Steak Sandwich to come on something like a 12" hoagie roll, but it is in fact the smallest steak sandwich you can imagine for $24. HOWEVER. It's so delicious it's worth every penny. The tenderness of the steak and flavor profile is so robust with the onions and beer cheese that it's $24 of savory perfection. the Bird Bites ATW are more like saucey boneless wings and I'd recommend you go for regular bird bites because they're so crunchy and stay juicy and seasoned beyond your wildest dreams.
Ordering through Doordash is a luxury and a ripoff and our last order from McDonald's cost just as much as this absolute gourmet meal from B&B so please order from here and support local high end quality and specialty items. I hope this place stays open forever.

Huge portion! Still fresh with a nice crunch even after sitting in to go bag. The sauce is delicious as well, like a sweet heat bbq sauce. You can really taste the difference in being fried in tallow 10/10!!

All of the food here is insanely good. You can taste how good the tallow is. Best fries I've ever had. Gives buffalo a run for their money with their roast beef on weck. Can't say enough about how good this place is.

Beef Tallow Fries were great. they had a unique taste and were fresh. came 5 guys style with a cup in a bag with a ton of extra fries in the bag. Yardbyrd Sandwich was seasoned very well. like actually seasoned. was a little dark on the fry but still good. Beef & Brew Cheese Melt was amazing. piled high and the sauce they give you was the star. will be a regular spot for me.
