• 12/07/25Pretty sure I didn't get my chai and two of the earl grey. Last time I got two different ones and one was upside down with all glaze on the paper. For charging over $4 for a donut half the size is a regular one, that's kinda crappy.

• 27/08/26I purchase a half dozen gluten free. Two of the maple were upside down with the glaze sticking to the paper. The other's were wet & the cake part tasted old & cooking oil flavor. Too much money to have this issue!

• 21/05/25Ordered for my office as these are their favorite donuts. half the order never arrived and the rest were tiny shriveled mini donuts with weird glazes. for a $35+ order we were extremely disappointed

• 26/06/25Twice now ii one month i have ordered the Glazed and Sprinkles and the Half Dozen for my coworkers and what we got were small shriveled donuts and instead of their delicious glaze and Sprinkles we got a gloopy strawberry glaze. not worth the $36
