they made all my accommodations perfectly and it tasted amazing best part of all it was still warm.

Slim Jim was tasteless. One slice of tomato with half a slice on each half of the sandwich. No more slim jim sauce on the slim jim. Plain mayoneise? Since when? One horrible wasted $11. Threw the second one away. It was that bad. The fries were cold and greasy limp, not well done that I requested. No future seen here. Don't waste your money.

The Big Boy and Slim Jim with Fries were great! The Original Onion Rings (shown in a basket) were definitely NOT WORTH the price. We were given less than half the amount shown so for us it was lesson learned. Otherwise the sandwiches were perfect.

it was good service and the portion size was good. freshness of Slim Jim, French Fries was pretty good and hot. the had no coleslaw but offered a delicious side salad as a replacement,drink was ok but unfortunately no pie 😔 I emptied the entire bag and had no pie....
besides that would of been a 5 star hands down 10/10 meal. but no pie took a star a way leaving y'all with 4 star 10/10 meal

The food was terrible! Big Boy is inconsistent with portions as well as the freshness and quality of dinners. Sides are routinely forgotten. I had gotten the Southern Fried Chicken 2x previously and it was good. Tonight it was terrible. The chicken was a dry patty, the breading was burnt, and the gravy was dark brown and slimy instead of white. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes but someone covered them with the dark brown slimy gravy so they were ruined. The steamed vegetables weren't done either. I would not order the Southern Fried Chicken again. Big Boy makes a good grilled cheese but little else.
