The staff at Big chicken are beyond exceptional! They go above to make sure your food is prepared and they are genuinely happy in the store. It's simply the best. Not to mention, no cap, the tenders puts Cane's and Zaxby's to shame!!!!

Wow. Now I understand why they call it BIG Chicken. The portions are gi-normous (couldn't finish mine) and oh so good. The chicken was right at the top end of my preferred spiciness scale, loved all of it. everything arrived hot and fresh. Recommend highly.

I got the tenders, fried cheese, fries, and something they call Mac & cheese. The customer service was awesome. The nasty thing they call the Mac & Chesse was awful. It was super bland and dry. I can't believe they served it to me. Fries weren't good. Fried cheese wasn't good either. The ranch was 10/10 good. The other sauces weren't bad either. Chicken 5 Tender Plate the tenders I'd say a 7.5/10. I wanted to love this place but it's a no.

The fries weren't great, but there was a lot of them. A good amount of chicken as well, and it seemed relatively fresh, but it did taste very bland. Would not order again.

Slaw had a rotten taste and smell like it had been sitting for days chicken on the other hand was good but the milk shakes were very runny more like flavored milk for the price it should be a lot better then this
