Last time I ordered...salad was disappointingly small. Normally, they are much bigger. Today...nice and big. Thank you. (I order all the time from this place and rarely is there an issue.

Crispy Calamari was good, I mean who can mess that up however the Bison Burger was disappointing. It was like a big hard meatball between burger ingredients. Never had a bad burger this was the first in a lifetime. To be fair I could have been unlucky but when you pay $23 for a burger i shouldnt feel like I wasnt lucky. Desserts were good

Food always tasty. But the 2 salads were rather tiny this time...smaller than normal...usually salads are much bigger. The portions were more like a small side salad this time.

The peel and eat shrimp were plentiful and good. However if you are looking for good basic english fish and chips this is not the place. They have put a highbrow spin on them that does not work for me . Also I am sick of people dredging fries in flour before frying, best way to ruin a french fry . Big Fish does many things well this just isn't one of them. The fault was mine I should have realized that this was not the place to find what we were looking for.

I ordered their BOGO deal for two pieces of the Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache Torte and they didn't even remember to bag one of them. The bag only had a staple holding it shut, no sticker seal either.
