So, I do good reviews online and try them first before the make a video. Okay...the good: Theses are some of the best ribs I've had as far as tenderness goes. The mac and cheese were like mom's. The yams tasty, soft flavorful and an IV bag of Kool-Aid, extra sweet, takes me back to my childhood. Now the bad: The rib tips were old, more dried like beef jerky, too saucy and absolutely ZERO edible meat (dogs had a hard time chewing it)...and for $9, no thank you. The tender ribs were just that...tender and juicy, I think they need smoked or at least a good rub on them because they tasted boiled. Desserts are way overpriced, the yams had too much cinnamon and not enough butter or brown sugar. On a 1-10, they get a 7. I most definitely will get them again and traverse the menu until I find something worthy to make a food video. Support local bidness *not a typo*

2 (Rib Bones) BBQ Dinner full of meat not skinny bones at all and saucy and fall off the bone !! Yams sweet and savory mmm of course ! Mac and cheese is perfect and seasoned up !! And the Corn Bread Muffin is soft and fluffy and goes well with your the meals ! 100% fresh and I will be back to order !

The Smoked Rib TIPS are a small 1/2lb portion and mostly bone and gristle. Too much heat on their "regular" bbq sauce.
The Blue Raspberry Lemonade is just blue koolaid but it's decent.
The banana pudding is some of the best I've ever had from a restaurant.
No, I would not order from here again.

Really amazing food just wish they added a little more sauce and bigger ribs but they did give me and extra one so happy about that it also did come with an extra piece of cake !! And the flavor on the ribs amazinggggggg!! But the cornbread even better definitely will be ordering again .

This is PERFECTION. Perfectly seasoned, nice portion, and the order was 100% accurate as well as fresh. This was my first time trying Big Red's Express, and I am glad that I did.
