The food came fresh and hot. However I got my food off of a buy 1 get 1 (side EXTRA TENDER and SIDE OF MAC&CHEESE . I understand that there is a extra fee because it is a delivery. I received 2 skimpy EXTRA TENDER (not worth the price) . I was expecting thick tenders. They came thin, and with a lack of flavor. as for the SIDE OF MAC&CHEESE it tasted like the Mac n cheese you get from a golden coral buffet. Dave's Hot Chicken has more flavor than here .

They changed their tenders to ones that are less than half the size and lower quality. Shame, the 1.THE BIRD and other sandwiches used to be great. SIDE OF MAC&CHEESE also had a huge pool of standing liquid. By far worst they've done for me.

Quality has gone downhill dramatically. We first ordered from here a couple of months ago and it was amazing tonight we placed a go order and it was horrible. The fries were cold, there was barely anything on my sandwich and they shorted us a chicken strip. We will not be ordering from here again. Spending over $50 for three chicken strips three fries and two sandwiches is ridiculous especially when it’s poor quality there’s plenty of other places to try even Dave’s hot chicken is better than this place.

normally this is amazing but I ordered a Mac bowl and there is next to no Mac and cheese as well as the chicken and fries in it are very dry/over done
