The Top Shelf Queso was THE BEST queso dip that I have ever tasted from any Tex-Mex or Mexican restaurant! I have loved El Chico and Mariano's for years, their queso dip was always the standard that I would compare other queso dips from other restaurants... Blue Goose Cantina has just raised that bar! I am a queso connoisseur, and if you appreciate a tasty queso dip... Then order the Top Shelf Queso and you will not be disappointed! The chips also were outstanding, the chips are true Cantina thin tortilla chips and they provide a nice sized portion. I will definitely be ordering again from Blue Goose Cantina!
I apologize for not photos, I didn't think about that until after I had devoured everything... Next time I'll get them though!

Loved everything about this! My husband and I shared the Big Bad Botanas Platter and the Cilantro Lime Rice and still had leftovers. Our son had the Chicken Quesadilla and the Spanish Rice , and he devoured it. He is a growing teen, so although the portion was huge (easily enough for two) he ate every bite. The Dozen Tortillas were fresh and warm and the Queso was just cheesy perfection!

I am from out of town, and I chose blindly, and I am so lucky I picked Blue Goose! This is officially my favorite salsa anywhere! I love that the nachos are individually built atop intact tortilla chips so you don't inevitably end up with too much of one thing and not enough of something else. And the spicy The Sancho was perfect. The pictures show the aftermath of a meal thoroughly enjoyed!

Everything was absolutely delicious! Queso was hot creamy and oh so cheesy. 1/2 Pound Chicken Fajitas smelled amazing and hit the spot on flavor. The chips and flour tortillas were fresh as was the salsa and guacamole. Our bellies are happy!

Chicken Enchiladas are surprisingly spicy. I always remove the sliced jalapenos from the top, but these were still spicy, so I suspect it's the filling, still delicious though! plenty of food for the price.
Sopapillas were pillowy soft and delicious, and come with little cups of whipped cream and honey. I would totally get the sopapillas again.
unfortunately, the dasher took forever getting my food to me, so it was cold when I got it.
