Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Chicken was tasty but skin could of been more crispier. Fries tasty but real small portion about 12 fries. Mac and cheese small portion and not tasty at all.

I'm a very easy to please customer but... For as long as I waited for my order, I would have thought my fries would have been wonderfully fresh, but they came to me pretty soggy and old tasting. Some of my chicken pieces were also kind of soggy... But some of them were nice and crispy... So something seems wrong here. I never seem to have this issue when I go through the drive thru. My wait wasn't due to my dasher either, because I watched my app and she came right to me ahead of the ETA. I don't mind waiting if my food comes to me in high quality, but I'm a bit disappointed this time.

I don't know what's going on with the green beans but lately they haven't been seasoned at all. They're still good though.. Majority of the seasoning is in the salty fries. Everything else tasted good though

The Bo's Chicken Sandwich Combo was saturated in oil to the point of being inedible. It wasn't even crispy any more, the breading was soggy from sitting in oil. I will not be ordering from this store again.

My father really enjoys their food. The portion size was great and the Bacon egg & Cheese biscuits was superb.
