Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I usually like their ham biscuits, but these that I got yesterday the biscuit were so thick, and the ham was so thin. I could barely taste the ham and in the past instead of good slices they were torn up pieces with lots of fat and gristle.

Sandwich was very good, but since some people like putting extra things on it, You might consider putting in a separate container/have it off the bread and let the customer put the extra things on themselves. I do like the sauce you have on it.

The blueberry biscuits were cold and very hard. I believe they were very old and should not have been sold to anybody. They should've been discarded earlier in the day other than that the meal was fine.

I ordered an extra Legendary Iced Tea® Sweet 1/2 gallon and it was left out. 2 of the biscuits were smashed somehow. Also took roughly 20 minutes to even get the order ready.
Mashed Potatoes & Gravy did not come with gravy.

My 8 piece chicken box, had 2 breast, 2 wings, and 4 thighs. I don't like chicken thighs, and when I visit a BoJangles, I specifically ask for an additional wing and leg, instead of the dried up leftover thighs. I thought an eight piece was supposed to be 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 legs, and 2 thighs. I would greatly appreciate more consideration.
