8pc Chicken Box - 10:30AM to Close Chicken was very dry and pieces were so badly cut I couldn't tell what piece of the chicken they were. Adding to the 'mystery' pieces was they were so caked in way too much crust. it was as if they had been dredged in the flour mixture three times. Way more crust pulled off than meat left to eat. Very disappointed.

It was absolutely awful! The chicken was like chicken jerky, extremely overcooked and dry. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. However the dirty rice was okay.

This was the first time I ever received a biscuit that was not golden brown from Bojangles. I was hungry so I ate it, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the biscuit for the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Combo. I count this as a one off as every other time I've had no issues.

The entire box of white meet chicken was old chicken. It was not fresh. It tasted old. Just Terrible.

The chicken was way overcooked, dry and tasteless, I had to peel off the coating to eat, the biscuits were hard and dry, the food was lukewa, and they forgot my drinks again. I deserve a refund, but it's for sure Bojangles won't do it, they never do! Forget the customer being right at this place!
