we where charged for a 20 piece meal, which is what we ordered, and the receipt is correct. however, we received 12 chicken strips 2 sides and lemonade. we did not receive 8 pieces of chicken or Cole slaw. a refund for the difference between a 20 piece and a 12 piece family meal is requested. thanks

Steak Biscuits barely cooked, still doughy, fries and hashbrowns soggy and full of grease. Seems to be the normal service at this location

5 stars all the way!! They put seals around every item so you know that nobody touches your food and drink! I got every item and my Bo berry biscuits were very hot even after 30 mins of getting it

The Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit Combo - the biscuit sandwich arrived hot and the filet was juicy, the BoRounds also arrived hot.

Ordered an 8 piece family pack using DoorDash. It was packaged as if I was picking it up. Fries, Bo rounds out in the open, the bag was open. Very poorly done. Even a few staples at the top closing the bag would have been better. I can only hope my DoorDash driver didn't have any of my fries.
