My Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Combo was hard as a rock. My mom got a country ham Country Ham Biscuit Combo and the ham was almost black it was so burnt. I have Never been so disappointed. They usually do a good job but today they definitely need help!

Everything has always to my satisfaction at this particular Bojangles. I usually stop by in the morning and get 2 sausage biscuits. Always hot and fresh. Really good! Love the Bo Bites and greebeans with potatoes and gravy.and drink. I'm addicted to the Bo Bites.

4pc Chicken Supremes Combo had uncooked breading that was slimy. Chicken also was brown in areas and super stringy. Gross.

I order 3 combos of the bo-berry sausage bisquits, which I upsized the sides and the drinks. That means THREE drinks and THREE picnic sized bo-tato rounds. I was handed 2 drinks (1 of which was a lemonade and nit a pink lemonade and the other a tea). and two regular sized botato rounds instead of 3. The doordasher messed up by picking up the wrong order and went back. But when he came back, I told him there were only 2 drinks and one was wrong. I showed him the receipt. He loiked as if he didn't want to go back. I should have had him go back. Due to the missing/wrong order. However, it is not entirely his fault. That fault belongs with those at the establishment that are to read the order receipts rather than rushing the order out. It is about quality and customer service. And even if you've gone in person to this establishment, the service and quality of food has been lacking for some time.

The food itself wasnt bad, but at this Bojangles we always have to wait for the chicken to be cooked. I understand a few mins, but 25+ mins for chicken at a chicken restaurant is too long.
