Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I like the food from Bojangles but they NEVER get the order correct. I ordered family size fries and Bo-Rounds but I received regular size instead. This happened the last two times. My sandwich was amazing! When you pay this much for food, you must get the order right!!

My Chicken Supremes® Combo was so tough, the Bo rounds weren't crispy at all and were drenched in oil. My Bo-Berry Biscuit® was hard as a brick.
With that said, I'm usually a huge fan of Bojangles but this experience was absolutely horrible. Probably won't be ordering from this location again for a while.

They never get my order right. Missed a sandwich and a fry. Also didn't give me the right size fry when I paid for picnic size. I wish I didn't love bojangles so much because I would never order from there again

The chicken was very old and the dirty rice was soggy and salty

I tried to give them another chance but na.. the grilled salad chicken was terrible. the two smalls sides of mac and cheese/dirty rice were cold and tasted over cooked. the large side of mash was the consistency of water and the gravy was disgusting. this bojangles is absolute trash everytime literally. never again. I would give -5 stars if I could.
